I Am You, You Are Me, We Are One
Always Question Authority
Some of my friends and family see me as some what of a rebel. I appreciate the title but I am not sure it is appropriate. The definition of rebel is ‘a person who resists any authority, control or tradition’. It is not that I resist authority or control as much as I question whether choices that have been made by authorities are in the best interest of the people and whether there is an underlying motive for this control. I tend to see the big picture and understand that everyone is on their own journey but many are following the flock like sheep and never questioning the path. Although down deep they feel insecure with the authorities’ decision they get very comfortable with their lives and situations and do nothing about these deep seeded feelings. People begin to believe that there is no reason to seek anything better. In fact it is easier to go with the flow rather than try to change the direction of the flock.
Resolution With Violence
Even with the horrific 9/11 situation we as an entire human race have not understood that you can’t fix disagreements with violence. The more we try to resolve our disagreements with violence the more violent the world becomes. Our great teachers like Gandhi knew that the only way he could rein over his attackers was to do it peacefully with love and compassion. Very few leaders in this world understand that. Gandhi had an enormous amount of power without guns, missiles or wayward planes.
Most leaders throughout the world only use military force in order to create what their ego’s desire. Just because one has an enormous army does not mean that they have the most power. The US has an enormous army but when it came to fighting the 9/11 disaster what happened? Of course I’m not advocating that the individuals responsible for this disaster had any power. Power is only acquired when one understands that peace, love and compassion will bring about nonviolence.
The Big Peaceful Picture
I see the big picture and where the world could be as opposed to its current violent environment. I see organizations and people taking advantage of others on a daily basis. It is time to question the authority of these entities in a positive, peaceful, loving and compassionate manner. If a person has decided to control another person or animal they are missing the real meaning of life. I rebel against those not allowing us to fulfill our lives in a peaceful manner while on Earth.
Choices Abound
Studies have shown that ultimately we have 51% choice. No one can completely control us without our permission. Even though we have ultimate decision making responsibility knowing all possible choices will allow us to determine which is peaceful, loving, compassionate and correct for us.
An example of a child who growing up in the ghetto wanting to get out of the situation and only sees selling drugs to make enough money to buy their way out. But there are many other choices in how to remove ones self from a bad situation. It is up to people like you and I and other light workers to show others they do have many many choices.
Think Outside Of The Box
Like Gandhi, we need to help individual’s learn, understand, love and be compassionate in order for them to raise themselves beyond where they currently are and see the walls that hold them in the box are only a figment of their imagination. If they can imagine it it is possible! And since time doesn’t really exist change can happen in a blink of an eye for we are all connected and we are all one.
Many people try to see the true essence of other individuals the individual’s motives. The true essence of another person is only your perception of that person from your experiences. And in fact the true essence that is perceived by you is not at all the other person’s essence.
Remember we are all one as this is taught in most of the scriptures of any spiritual religion. I like to look at it this way – I am You, You are Me and We are One.
Human Body Analogy
Let me explain by using the human body as an analogy. I am a pancreatic cell that controls blood sugar and you are a brain cell that helps control the heart beat. We both have different jobs in order to maintain the health and vitality of the entire body but we are both a part of , and therefore, are the body. Considering the universe as a human body you will realize and understand that you are a particular piece of the universe. As a human being you bring a certain talent to be continuously used throughout your life. You can choose to use your talent to add to the health and well being or detriment of the universe.
Universal Cancer
Cancer cells in our body are like individuals who have decided to follow the flock and not question why they are constantly dividing only to create death and destruction. Each cell continues to divide and wreak havoc throughout the body until the body is so infested that the cancer kills the body.
Each cancer cell begins as a normal cell but decides to mutate due to its environment and toxic bombardment. It then divides procreating more cells like it and the cycle continues. Like the original cancer cell all of us start out as a beautiful normal loving baby. We tend to acquire certain belief systems as we experience life. Due to choices that we’ve made throughout our lives we decide whether we are going to encourage the health and well being of the world by helping others or destroying the world with violence.
Imagine Utopia
Just imagine what the world would be like if the people in the world were to understand that we are all connected and we are all one. Would there be any wars? Would there be violence? Would there be a peaceful utopia that Gandhi emulated?
