Wisdom Of The Human Body

Do you acquire wisdom as you age or have you always had wisdom?  As a doctor I understand that all functions of the body are automatically carried out unconsciously including breathing, pumping blood, and replacing dead cells.  Papers continuously being published in the Journal of the American Medical Association detail new life sustaining tasks that the body performs.  Science is finally realizing that the human body has its own wisdom from conception.

No drugs, surgery, ionizing radiation or currently popular medical therapies help the body heal.  However, the United States Government in its infinite wisdom says patented drugs, surgical procedures and medical treatments are the only procedures that cure any disease.  According to the Journal of the American Medical Association adverse drug reactions are the fourth leading cause of death in America.  The fact is all medical therapies hinder the body from carrying out its universal wisdom.  The human body was not born with or acquires a drug deficiency, nor does the body create an organ or tissue only to have it removed in the future.  If an egg and sperm can become one cell and divide billions of times and create a human being with more than 1 billion cells working in harmony why can't the same body heal itself?  It can.

Proper nutrition, exercise, sunshine, clean air and clean drinking water are factors that contribute to the healing process and maintenance of health.  All of these factors are full of universal wisdom.  The primary benefit of subjecting the body to these factors is to increase the vital energy within the body so that the internal wisdom will continue to maintain homeostasis.  The wisdom of the body is infinite!

If the body has infinite wisdom why are people getting ill?  The truth is we can , at any point, tap into the universal wisdom and know exactly what our bodies need in order to maintain health.  Start by monitoring what you ingest.  Foods not in their original container will create a negative situation that the body is going to have to battle in order to maintain health.  Foods boxed, canned, and wrapped in plastic have no vital force and therefore no wisdom to help maintain health throughout the body.

Organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, honey, organic vinegar with 'the mother' and some oils have universal wisdom to help your body sustain a healthy disease free environment.  Some may say, 'But I eat organic boxed food and I get them from my natural food store so I'm providing my body with wise food'.  Not true.  Being in a box or any other container the food must be processed.  Processing involves removing original life giving nutrients and dismantling important enzymes which results in DEAD food.  The practice of spraying vitamins and minerals on what is now dead food is thought to revitalize the food with the eradicated crucial nutrients lost in processing.  These man made additives only resemble the lost nutrients. 

Chemicals are further introduced to decrease the amount of mold and bacteria growth while on the grocery store shelf.  Some manufactures label the chemicals 'Natural'.  This is true, they are found in nature, but they are not found in organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and oils.  If they were found in these they would never rot.  The 'natural chemicals' and processed dead matter are toxic to the body.  The body stores toxins in a few strategic places. 

Most toxins are stored in body fat as the body must sequester the toxins so they don't harm vital organs or disrupt vital functions.  The liver removes the toxins from the blood stream and deposits them in fat molecules which are transported via the blood to fat storage cells located throughout the body.  When the system gets overworked the toxins flow freely wreaking havoc.  This creates dis-ease and can blossom into cancer.

Since most of the SAD (Standard American Diet) consists of devitalized unwise food America is the leading country with the most cases of Cancer.  Use your inborn wisdom and choose wise foods to encourage your body to create health and well being.  The next time you are at the grocery store remember the vital sustenance your body craves does not come in a box.

WISE TIPS:

  1. Vital wisdom the body craves is in organic produce, nuts, honey, organic vinegar with 'the mother' and natural oils.
  2. Bathe daily in early morning or late afternoon sunshine.  Naked is best.
  3. Drink only pure H2O.  Chemicals are being added so read labels.
  4. Exercise daily.  Walking, Gym workout or Sports
  5. Breathe clean air.  Quality of air is equally important at work, home and play.

Your body has universal wisdom to maintain health if you listen to your inner wisdom and choose wise and crucial acts that will ensure less toxic ingestion and increased vital life giving energy.

Greetings Dr. Beets.

Im in the last steps to finish the use of antidepressant that I had been using for 9 months. It was the first (hopefuly the last) depression episode in my life (Im 31), very strong force that overpower your mind and body, ironically I had learn a few good things from it. After stoping the use of the medication (Efexor XR 75mg) there is a big chance of experiencing withdrawal symptoms which are as worse as the depression itself, so my questions are,

- is there any natural food that will help me to overcome or minimize these side effects?
- Is there any food that help to prevent any future occurence?

Also, I would like to know your input on another subject. Due to the depression episode, I have stopped using recreational marijuana. I dont abuse it. Since my first time around 3 years ago, I was able to find myself, see and understand an better enjoy Gods creation and indeed have made a better person with myself and others. I was suggested by the psiquiatrist not to use it anymore. In the other hand, the psicology says just to be careful..I decided not to continued, which is not big deal for me, but sometimes it think about the great times I had with it, that it makes me a bit nostalgic. Even my wife, which do no use it, said to me that she wishes I had the chance to use it from time to time.

Anyway, from a natural perspective, what is your input in regards to the use of marijuana...

Congratulations on removing yourself from the antidepressants. It is true all drugs have very powerful side affects which I like to simply call ‘affects’ and they can be different on each individual.

There are several foods that you eat to increase the detoxification process.

The best food for detoxification is fresh fruit. Any fruit. It doesn’t make any difference. Citrus fruits will also add extra unadulterated vitamin C to your diet which will help with oxidation which is a part of taking any drugs. Organic fruit is going to be the best for you. Do not believe what the mass media is trying to advocate about non organic is as good as organic. It is not true. Organic has more enzymes, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals all of which will be very important for your detoxification.

Another food that will help your kidney’s filter more easily is Cranberry Juice. Do not purchase the Ocean Spray or any other that you can get at your local grocer unless your grocer carries Knudson Juices (company). I do not know where you are but I do know that Publix in FL carries this in their green section. Make sure the juice is just Cranberry only. It will say on the bottle. This is a very tart tasting juice. Best to drink with ¾ glass of water and then fill with juice. Do not add sugar or anything sweet to it. This increases the kidney function and will most likely create more urine and therefore you will need to have bathroom breaks more often.

Another excellent food will be water. Yes water is your friend! Remove all other beverages, except for the cranberry juice and water, from your drinking regime as they will only cause the detox process to become very slow and therefore create more of those nasty withdrawal affects that you are experiencing. Depending on your weight you should be drinking half your weight in onces of water. In other words if you weight 100 lbs you should be drinking 50 ounces. Yes everyone should be doing this. If you don’t like the taste of your water get some organic lemon or limes and squeeze some of the juice into the water it gives it a great taste. In fact the citrus helps curtail hunger and I always recommend to my patients if they ask me about what they can do to reduce weight I tell them what I am telling you. They are amazed at this simple task and the results it brings them.

As you read in the article ‘Wisdom of the Human Body’ I stated that anything that is in a package other than its original package is full of chemicals additives and it is so heavily processed there are no good nutrients left. Remove all boxed, canned, plastic bagged, jarred and any other processed food from your diet. These all will slow the detox process down. So what do I eat? Steamed or raw vegetables with seasonings. And of course the fruit.

I just saw that this entry is very long. If you send me your email I will be more than happy to continue giving you more information on this subject and how to increase the detoxification and decrease the amount of affects of the detoxification.
