March is National Nutrition Month and Dr. Richard Betts is pleased to be presenting a program at the Clinton Public Library entitled ‘Nutrition, is it That Important? The Truths and Myths of Healthy Nutrition’. Dr. Betts is passionate about teaching people how to increase their personal health and decrease the number of illnesses they might endure throughout their lives. He’s a sought after speaker, writer and clinician of drugless non surgical healthy procedures that focuses on healing the body naturally. His audiences receive information they can use the next day to increase their body’s natural healing potential. His expertise includes eastern medicine, acupuncture, nutrition and weight loss.
This presentation will focus on how many food choices can jeopardize health by increasing body fat and in fact cause obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and eventual death from these diseases.
